A ripe mango paste with natural colourings, bringing the sweet, tropical flavor and golden colour of mango to gelato and sorbet. Produced in Italy by Elenka, a gelato and pastry ingredient specialist since 1959, delivered across Canada by Elenka.

How to Use

• Add 100 g per litre of fruit base for mango sorbet.
• Combine with passion fruit, pineapple or coconut.
